Dark chocolate 68% Togo: The cocoa beans for this special single origin chocolate bar are grown in a relatively tiny area away from the larger cocoa plantations in Togo. After a 16-hour conching process, the first fair-trade cocoa from Togo transforms into this tenderly melting Labooko chocolate bar with a fruity-sweet and subtle peppery taste.
Milk chocolate 40%: The Zorzal cocoa bean variety gorws in a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic. The milk chocolate from this cocoa bean unfolds its full aroms on the palate with milky-sweet cocoa notes and harmonious fruity-nutty nuances.
