Schleich 13830 - Horse Club - Pinto Mare

Pinto horses are not a breed of their own, just a special colour. In order to be considered a pinto, some very strict criteria must be met in terms of coat pattern and colouring. Pintos were very popular riding horses with the Native Americans because their coat pattern made them blend in with the landscape and thus offered optimal camouflage.
